WOW... Well I am mistaken Mr. Shibby has decided to honor our contract it seems he hasnt scammed at all. the dec has been put into play and he has actualy had some results thanks.

Yes to confirm this is a scam. Mr shibby has said the dec is in then i check and its not he then throws in AAA name that they are his friends and that the other merc alliance's / corp wont do anything about his scam. So merc contract scamming hm...
